House Clearances Poynton

How we make the process simple

When you think of house clearances in Poynton most people simply don’t have the time to think about clearing it for themselves. This would mean needing to hire a van or a skip, lots of heavy lifting and the potential injury or unwanted breakages. If you have ever tackled a house clearance before you will know that it can be a highly stressful and sometimes sad situation due to circumstances. All things considered, its often wise to let us take care of this potentially tedious task for you. Our Poynton house clearance team will be able to take the strass out of the situation and make light work heavy lifting.

Divorce: When a couple get divorced this often means selling a property to downsize. In this situation the partner often doesn’t want to sort through the other partners belongings which is where we can help.

Bereavement: When someone passes away especially if its very sudden, the loss of that person is often enough to deal with without thinking about a full house of belongings to sort and clear through. For a lot of our customers, simply going back to the property can be traumatic and if this is the case, we can do the clearance for you.

Solicitors: In the chance that a solicitor is involved in the house clearance such as when probate is involved we can work on your behalf to quickly and efficiently clear out the property for a fast sale.

Landlords: We deal with situations where a house has been left in squalor by a previous tenant. For landlords we can take the stress out of the task by providing a landlord clearance tailored to properties in Poynton where standards and expectations are high. Additionally, we see student accommodation often left in filthy conditions and can make light work of a task that could take weeks to clear.

Homeowners: For people who own their home, a change of circumstances such as moving for work abroad, downsizing or moving into a care home will mean a full scale house clearance.

Estate Agents: If you are in the unfortunate situation where you have been told you need to sell your home, we can work with local estate agents to clear houses quickly to ensure no contracts deadlines are broken.

Fly Tipping incidents: It’s a horrible act but fly tipping is done often in nice, quiet locations. We can help clear up the mess and get the property or land back to how it should be.

Living elsewhere: If you don’t live in the area that the property you need clearing is in, we can arrange for collection of keys so that the work can be done without you ever having to be there.
